These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern attendance at and participation in events hosted by the Mistresses of Mayhem as described in the applicable ticket, registration, booking confirmation, or promotional materials (the “Event”). By undergoing the vetting process, purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1.1 The Event is strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older in accordance with New South Wales (NSW) law.
1.2 Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for entry, including:
Australian driver licence;
NSW Photo Card;
Passport;
Proof of age card.
1.3 The Event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person unable or unwilling to provide valid identification.
1.4 It is an offence under NSW liquor and licensing laws to provide false identification or permit underage attendance where alcohol is supplied.

2.1 All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
2.2 Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the Event organiser.
2.3 Entry may be denied or revoked for:
Disorderly or disruptive conduct;
Harassment or abusive behavior;
Intoxication or suspected substance misuse;
Violation of these Terms;
Failure to comply with staff or venue instructions.
2.4 Re-entry policies are subject to venue rules and may vary.

3.1 The Event promotes a respectful, consensual, and safe environment.
3.2 All attendees must obtain clear, voluntary, and ongoing consent before engaging in any physical interaction with another attendee.
3.3 Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, stalking, unwanted touching, coercion, sexual misconduct, or non-consensual conduct of any kind is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Any conduct that may constitute assault, sexual assault, harassment, intimidation, or offensive behaviour under NSW law may be referred to NSW Police.
3.5 The Event organiser reserves the right to immediately remove any attendee who violates the Event’s conduct standards without refund.
3.6 Attendees must comply with:
All applicable Commonwealth, NSW, and local laws;
Venue rules;
Responsible service of alcohol requirements;
Directions from security staff and venue management.

4.1 Attendees must comply with any published dress code requirements.
4.2 The Event organiser may refuse entry to attendees who do not comply with dress code standards or venue rules.
4.3 Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and prohibited items are not permitted.

5.1 Alcohol may only be consumed by attendees who are legally permitted to do so under NSW law.
5.2 The Event organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated persons in accordance with the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW).
5.3 Excessive intoxication, anti-social behaviour, or illegal drug use is prohibited.
5.4 Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
5.5 Attendees may be removed from the Event for:
Intoxicated or disorderly behaviour;
Possession or use of prohibited drugs;
Violence or aggressive conduct;
Non-compliance with venue or security directions.

6.1 Attendees participate at their own risk.
6.2 Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety, belongings, and well-being.
6.3 The Event organiser may implement safety protocols, including bag checks, security screening, and emergency procedures.
6.4 In emergencies, attendees must follow instructions from venue staff, security personnel, or emergency responders.

7.1 Photography, video recording, and audio recording may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas.
7.2 Attendees must not photograph or record other attendees without their express consent.
7.3 By attending the Event, attendees acknowledge that official photographers or videographers engaged by the Event organiser may capture images or recordings in public areas of the Event.
7.4 Unless prohibited by law, attendees grant the Event organiser permission to use official Event recordings for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.
7.5 Attendees must comply with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), where applicable.
7.6 Unauthorized photography or recording may result in removal from the Event.

8.1 The Event is committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment.
8.2 Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics will not be tolerated.
8.3 Attendees must treat staff, performers, vendors, and fellow attendees respectfully at all times.

9.1 Any performers, entertainers, speakers, or vendors participating in the Event are independent parties unless otherwise stated.
9.2 The views or actions of performers or attendees do not necessarily reflect those of the Event organiser.

10.1 Attendance at the Event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to crowds, loud music, lighting effects, physical interaction, and alcohol consumption.
10.2 By attending, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and Australian Consumer Law, the Event organiser, venue owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:
Personal injury;
Property loss or damage;
Theft;
Indirect or consequential damages;
Emotional distress;
Actions of third parties or attendees.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.3 Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.1 Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organiser and associated parties from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Breach of these Terms;
Illegal conduct;
Injury or damage caused by the attendee.

13.1 The Event organiser reserves the right to:
Modify the Event schedule, performers, venue, or format;
Cancel or postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13.2 Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the organiser’s refund policy.
13.3 Service fees and processing charges may be non-refundable.

14.1 All Event branding, materials, logos, graphics, and content remain the property of the Event organiser or licensors.
14.2 Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Event materials without written permission.

15.1 The Event organiser reserves the right to remove, deny entry to, or permanently ban any attendee who violates these Terms or poses a safety or reputational risk.
15.2 Removal may occur without warning or refund.

16.1 The Event organiser shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters;
Government restrictions;
Public health emergencies;
Labour disputes;
Power failures;
Venue closures;
Security threats.

17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Mistresses of Mayhem operates.
17.2 Any disputes arising from the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in which the incident occurred.

18.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between attendees and the Event organiser regarding attendance at the Event.
